Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping to the US -All US orders over $85 are eligible for Free standard Shipping! US orders less than $85 pay $7 flat rate USPS shipping. All Canadian orders will be charged a calculated shipping rate according to shipping address. Orders received before 12 p.m. CT are generally shipped the same day (no shipments on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays). Generally expect shipments to arrive:

  • 2-3 business days to East Coast and Midwest
  • 2-4 business days to West Coast
  • 5-15 business days to Canada.
  • 4-5 business days to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Virgin Islands

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is available via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders will ship via USPS, unless the package is over 4lbs, in which case it will ship via FedEx or USPS. If expedited shipping is required, select FedEx Express during ordering. An additional shipping fee will apply. Privacy & Security

The privacy and security of customers is paramount to Nutrim. Under no circumstances will customer email or phone number ever be sold to any soliciting third parties. By providing an email address, customers are able to receive updated information regarding new products and offers. Customer phone numbers are recorded so that customer support representative(s) can keep in touch regarding any issues that may arise while processing and shipping orders.

Clearance

All Clearance items are sold as is, and all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds on Clearance items, and therefore the 90-day money back guarantee policy referenced on the product’s packaging does not apply. Clearance items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are only available while supplies last. The availability of Clearance items is limited and subject to change. We encourage you to review your orders carefully before finalizing them.

Returns & Replacements

Product(s) CAN be opened and used, and still be eligible for return and/or the 90 day money back guarantee. In the event that a package is damaged during the shipping process, please email cs@nutrim.com. Customer Support is happy to re-ship the package at no extra cost. All payments on the website are in USD. The following forms of payment are currently accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.
